Charles is survived by his wife, Barbara Jeanne Bliven; four children, Brenda (Rob) Porter, Tracy (Drew) Brooks, Charles Bliven, Jr., and Kenneth (Ellen) Bliven; eight grandchildren, Hannah (Elijah) Denecke, Mattie (Jonathan) Spenst, and Priscilla Porter; Eleanor, Zachary, and Victoria Brooks; and Jack and Charlotte Bliven; three step-children, Delnore (Michael) Case, Dawn (Roy) Palmer, and Darryl (Lauri) Cline; six step-grandchildren, Jill (Darrell) Whitbeck, Eric (Jessica) Case, Cara (Andrew) Freeman, Adam Hebblethwaite, Keith Cline and Kevin Cline, and Arieanna Palmer; five step-great-grandchildren, Emily and Wyatt Whitbeck, Colton Freeman, Aaden Freeman, and Lexi Case.
Charles is also survived by one sister, Beverly Leilous; one brother, James (Judy) Bliven; sister-in-law, Barbara Bliven; and two brothers-in-law, Marlin (Linda) Jeffers and Mervin (Monica) Jeffers; a close cousin, Leo Converse, and many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
Charles was pre-deceased by two brothers, Donald Bliven and Raymond Bliven, a sister-in-law, Barbara Bliven, and two brothers-in-law, William Leilous and Marvin Jeffers.

Jake was predeceased by his brother, Evan Pero; paternal grandparents, Edwin David Pero and Betty Ann Pero; his maternal grandfather, Darwin Clyde Dillon; and his aunt, Mary Murphy. Betty was survived by two sons, John Bath, and Alan (Ann) Mathias; four daughters, Kathy (Tom) Schaller, Mary (Tom) O’Conner, Jackie Stiles and Trudy (Mike) Pendino; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

A Reception will be held at the Hall Fire Hall, following the burial. She attended the Hall United Congregational Church of Christ and the Presbyterian Church in Geneva. Upon receiving his honorable discharge in 1947, Bill returned to the Finger Lakes region.
She was a long-time member of the Gorham Ladies Auxiliary and served as a volunteer inspector during elections in the town of Gorham.
Janell attended and volunteered at the Gorham Pageant of Bands and supported music education for children. She is survived by her eight children, Cecile (Bob) Cody, Lou Ann Wyer, Elaine Hilton, Steve (Gloria) Dancause, Michele Fogarty, Gary (Sue) Dancause, Denise Canfield, and Tess Dancause; 14 grandchildren, Chad (Penny) Curtis, Brett Curtis, Joel Wyer, Jessica (Rustico) Udan, Aaron (Lisa) Hilton, Aimee Brown, Adam Hilton, David Dancause, Kristin Fogarty, Katie Fogarty, Shelbe (Isaac) Kamholtz, Tyler Dancause, Nathan Canfield, Jennifer Hamilton; 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Charles was born in Wellsville, NY, the son of the late La Verne Cecil Bliven and Gertrude Elizabeth Gayhart Bliven.
